Browsing preferences
Cookie policy
This policy explains the technical storage and external connections this site uses.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a site or an external service can store on your device to remember information. Similar technologies such as localStorage keep preferences in the browser without being cookies in the strict sense, but the same rules apply to them.
2. Summary
This site uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies of its own. It also loads no external service until you allow it: until then, a notice with a button appears where the booking engine or the map would be.
3. Inventory
| Item | Provider | Purpose | When it activates | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ibericosCookieConsentV1 (localStorage) | Ibéricos Gastro-Bar | Remember the categories you chose. | When you accept, reject or save preferences. | Until you clear your browser storage. |
ibericos-preferred-language (localStorage) | Ibéricos Gastro-Bar | Remember the language you pick in the switcher. | When you pick a language. | Until you clear your browser storage. |
| Booking engine (iframe) | TheFork | Show availability and handle the booking. | Only when you allow third-party content or press its button. | Under TheFork’s policy. |
| Map (iframe) | Google Maps | Show where the restaurant is. | Only when you allow third-party content or press its button. | Under Google’s policy. |
| Analytics | — | Not implemented. | Never. | Not applicable. |
| Advertising or pixels | — | Not implemented. | Never. | Not applicable. |
Fonts are served from this same domain, so loading the page makes no connection to Google Fonts.
4. Consent and settings
On your first visit you can accept, reject or configure the categories; accept and reject sit side by side in the same layer. Each block of external content also has its own button: you can load only the map, or only the booking engine, without allowing anything else. That one-off load is not saved and does not survive a page reload.
5. Withdrawing consent
Open the panel again with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Turning off third-party content unloads TheFork’s engine and the map immediately. You can also clear the site’s storage from your browser settings.
6. External links
Links to Google Maps, TripAdvisor, TheFork, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp load nothing inside this page: they only connect when you open them, and from then on the relevant provider’s policies apply.
7. Future changes
If analytics, advertising or other widgets are added later, this policy and the panel will be updated before they are switched on. A category being present in the panel does not mean the service is installed.
