2. What data is processed

This site has no user accounts and no forms that send data to a server of our own. Specifically:

• Privacy choice. When you accept, reject or save your preferences, that choice stays in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent anywhere.
• Preferred language. If you pick a language in the switcher, that preference also stays in your browser.
• WhatsApp booking form. What you type (date, time, guests and name) is not sent to this site: it is used to compose a message that opens in your WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it. From that point, WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies.
• Bookings through TheFork. These are handled entirely on TheFork’s platform, under its own policy.
• Technical connection data. The site’s hosting and any external services you allow may log data such as your IP address or browser type, which is needed to serve the page.

3. Purposes

• Displaying and maintaining the website and its technical functions.
• Remembering your privacy and language choices.
• Letting you reach external booking, map, review and social media services if you choose to.
• Answering enquiries sent to the contact address.

4. Legal basis

Storage strictly necessary for the site to work as you asked does not require consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). Loading external content is based on your consent, given through the banner, the settings panel or each block’s own button. Handling enquiries is based on our legitimate interest in replying and, where relevant, on pre-contractual steps.

5. Retention

Your privacy and language preferences stay in your browser until you clear the site’s storage or change them. Emails we receive are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and then for the applicable limitation periods.

6. Recipients and third parties

Data is not shared with third parties except where the law requires it. When you allow external content or open a link, those companies may receive technical connection data and act under their own terms: TheFork, Google (Maps), TripAdvisor, Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and WhatsApp. The site’s fonts are hosted on this domain, so no connection is made to Google Fonts.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area and may carry out international transfers covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by adequacy decisions.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effect. Write to walidpereztoro@gmail.com, proving your identity where necessary. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS, with technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk. No system is completely invulnerable, but since no personal data is stored on this site, exposure is minimal.

9. Children

This site is not aimed at collecting data from children and does not ask them for information.

10. Updates

Last updated: 7 August 2026. This policy will be reviewed if new processing, contact channels or external tools are added.
